All of these questions and more will be discussed during Winter Fishtrap 2018: The New Agrarians Friday-Sunday, February 16-18, at the Josephy Center for Art and Culture, 403 North Main Street in Joseph, Oregon. The three-day program includes live music, a film screening, lectures, panel discussions, and breakout sessions.
