Head on down to Tom McCall Waterfront Park on Saturday, July 31, for all things mermaid. Check out the interactive mermaid booth, educational booths, a live mermaid tank exhibit, music, art, and a parade. The festivities start at 11 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. between the Morrison Bridge and Salmon Springs Fountain.
