Come to the Hartman Reserve Nature Center this weekend (March 3-4) for the annual Maple Syrup Festival from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Learn how maple syrup is made and explore the trails.
Enjoy a hearty pancake breakfast with sausage and coffee and milk to drink. Chris Cakes, talented pancake flipper, will toss your pancakes in the air for you to catch.
Tickets are available at the Interpretive Center at the Hartman Reserve, 657 Reserve Drive in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Parking for the Maple Syrup Festival is available at Cedar Heights Elementary School, 2417 Rainbow Drive. It’s a four-block walk from the school to the reserve.
