Chocolate tasting and mini-lecture at Tacoma Community College on Valentine’s Day

Come to The Gallery at Tacoma Community College (TCC) from noon to 1 p.m. on Valentine’s Day to sample chocolates while listening to a mini-lecture on how those delicious treats are produced from bean to bar. Self-proclaimed “passionate chocolate scholar” Marlene Bosanko, retired TCC Professor of English and Dean of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, is the featured speaker. Bosanko has conducted academic research on chocolate for 30 years. She also teaches chocolate classes and hosts private tastings.

The Gallery at TCC is located at 6501 S 19th Street in Tacoma, Washington (view campus map and get directions). The Gallery is in Building 14, and the nearest visitor parking is in Lot G. Parking is free.
