The Clark County Fairgrounds is located at 17402 NE Delfel Road in Ridgefield, Washington, 23 miles north of Portland and 157 miles south of Seattle.

The Cinema of Horrors Drive-In replaces the Cinema of Horrors at the Three Rivers Mall in Kelso this year because of safety concerns and state restrictions on large indoor gatherings from the coronavirus.
