Zoar Outdoor, a guide service offering whitewater rafting, kayaking, and ziplining adventures in New England, plans to host an online art exhibit featuring works by women and those who identify themselves as female. The exhibit is called, “Women, Water, and Art Celebration.”

The guide service is looking for entries. If you’re interested, check out the criteria and apply. The deadline to enter is Thursday, April 1.

Those selected will have their works featured on Zoar Outdoor’s Facebook page and Instagram account. A different artist will be selected each week.

The dates of the exhibit aren’t listed on the webpage yet, but an email I received recently from Zoar Outdoor mentioned that it would be in fall 2021. I will post more information here when it’s available.

Zoar Outdoor is located on Route 2 in Charlemont, in northwestern Massachusetts, about 10 miles west of Shelburne Falls. I’ve taken some whitewater rafting trips with this outfitter and always had a great time. Trips are available for all levels of abilities. It’s also a great place to go ziplining, especially in the fall when the leaves are at their peak colors.
