One of Ashland, Oregon’s most popular and mouth-watering events has moved online this year because of the COVID pandemic. Watch demonstrations from master chocolate makers, recipe demos, interviews, chocolate and cheese pairings, and chcolate craft cocktail demonstrations. You can also learn how to make your own chocolate at home and download some delicious chocolate recipes.

All events have been recorded, and you can access them on YouTube. Registration is $15. After you register, you’ll received a link to the YouTube page where all of the videos are located. You can watch at your own pace.
