Hang out with 21 baby goats goats, grab a meal from a local food truck, and explore activities from approximately 25 local non-profit organizations at the second annual Milford GOAT Days on Saturday-Sunday, May 22-23.

The event will be held at Young’s Field at 6 Young’s Field Road in New Milford, Connecticut. The hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Milford GOAT Days celebrates all things Milford, acording to founders Rick and Lisa Agee of Goatboy Soaps. They hosted an open farm day at their house in 2018 and they were pleasantly surprised with the response. Approximately 1,000 people came, so they decided to host a larger event and get others involved.

The 2019 Milford GOAT Days attracted 5,000 visitors. Last year’s event was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic.

This year’s featured non-profit is the Children’s Center in New Milford.
