Immerse yourself in one of the gems of Boston’s Emerald Necklace and a series of performances and music in the Arnold Arboretum, starting Saturday, August 21. The experience includes audio plays, movement maps, and live pop-up performances.
There are four audio plays:
- Ramona the Fearless Goes for a Ride (fairytale)
- Your Fingers Will Reach So Your Voice Can Sing (proverb)
- After and Still (ghost story)
- In Bloom (myth)
The movement maps encourage you to use your body, breath, and imagination to participate in narrative interactive movement experiences in different locations of the arboretum.
The live pop-up performances feature local talent in September. The schedule and performers will be announced.
The Arboretum Experience is free. Learn more at the The Arboretum Experience page, and RSVP at this page to get the latest information.
The Arnold Arboretum’s address is 125 Arborway in Boston.
