Enjoy riding your bicycle in two car-free zones on Sunday, August 8: The upper decks of the Marquam and Fremont bridges in Portland. Also cycle more of Portland’s bridges during the 25th annual Providence Bridge Pedal. There are different rides to choose from, depending on your skill level, along with a three-mile route designed especially for kids.
If you prefer walking, there’s a route for you, too. The Providence Bridge Stride is a five-mile walk that crosses the Marquam Bridge and Tilikum Crossing.
Registration ends Saturday, August 7, at 11:59 p.m. For more information and to register, go to providence.org/lp/bridge-pedal.
