Lakewood Playhouse’s 2021 radio gala features a gothic horror story

Step back into the days of old-fashioned radio dramas at the Lakewood Playhouse’s 14th annual radio gala. This year’s performance is Carmilla, a vampire gothic horror story based on a novella by written by Irish author Sheridan Le Fanu in 1872.

The story will be performed in the classic radio style, where the actors will be on stage in front of a live audience.

Performances are Friday-Saturday, September 10-11, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, September 12, at 2 p.m.
