Update, September 14, 2021: Visit Vancouver replied to my message and said all of the information on the Dine the Couve webpage is correct, except the list of participating restaurants needs to be updated. They will post the updated list by the end of the week.

More than 25 restaurants are participating in the six annual Dine the Couve event October 1-31 in Vancouver, Washington.

Each restaurant has a special three-item menu for a flat rate. Most of these menus include an appetizer, entree, and dessert. A few include featured wines.

Typically these menus are for dine-in only, but because of state regulations related to COVID-19, you can also order for takeout.

(When I received the email announcement for the 2021 Dine the Couve from Visit Vancouver USA last week and checked this page, the 2020 restaurants are still listed. I contacted Visit Vancouver USA twice to ask if this list is the same for the 2021 event but have not received a response.)
