More than 50 of the biggest and best acts in live music, comedy, and the visual arts are on the lineup for the 2018 Boston Calling Music Festival, a three-day, multi-stage event at the Harvard Athletic Complex, 65 North Harvard Street, in Allston, Massachusetts.

Tickets are now on sale (buy online).

Boston Calling 2018 is on Memorial Day weekend, Friday-Sunday, May 25-27. Here’s the general schedule.

Friday-Saturday, May 25-26

  • The box office opens at noon.
  • Gates open at 2:30 p.m.
  • Music ends at 11 p.m.

Sunday, May 27

  • The box office opens at 11 a.m.
  • Gates open at noon.
  • Music ends at 11 p.m.

Car parking in this area is impossible; I’m writing from experience! And if you try to park in the surrounding neighborhoods, you will be towed. (Parking permits are required, and you must be a resident to get them.)

So ride share, taxi, bicycle, or public transportation is the way to go. Bus routes 66 and 86 stop at the stadium, or use my preference, the subway. The Red Line stops at the Harvard Square station, and from there, it’s an easy 10-minute walk to the stadium’s main entrance.

Find your best public transit route on MBTA’s trip planner.

Bicycle parking will be available at the stadium.
