Enjoy live holiday music, treats from neighborhood restaurants, giveaways, and a tree lighting at Light Up Seaport in Boston’s Seaport District on Friday, November 30. The festivities start at 6 p.m. at the Seaport Common, 85 Northern Avenue.
Admission is free, but RSVPs are requested on Eventbrite.
While you’re there, don’t miss the new photography exhibit, A Year in Seaport, across the street at District Hall. The Seaport District has seen many changes in renovations and development during the past year, and Fort Point resident George Vasquez has been there, capturing all of the changes in pictures.
Drinks are available for purchase at Gather, located next door to District Hall at 75 Northern Avenue. Gather also has a full-service menu.
Parking is available for a fee at nearby lots and garages, or you can take the Silver Line bus to the World Trade Center stop and walk four blocks to the Seaport Common. Plan your trip on the Silver Line.
Light Up Seaport celebrates the neighborhood’s support of Massachusetts Fallen Heroes and The Gavin Foundation.
