Since its inception, the annual Father Daughter Valentine’s Ball hosted by the City of Vancouver Parks & Recreation Department was held at the Pearson Air Museum Historic Hangar, across the street from the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. But because of the continued government shutdown, the museum is closed. The city has moved the event to a location nearby.

The new location is at Hudson’s Bay High School, 1601 E. McLoughlin Blvd., in Vancouver, Washington.

The city is still looking for volunteers to help with the ball (get details about volunteering and sign up to volunteer).

For more information about the ball, visit the Father Daughter Valentine’s Ball webpage.
