Come to the Chelmsford Elks Hall at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, to hear toe-tapping bluegrass music from the Michelle Canning Band. “A Night on the Edge” is Michelle’s eighth annual fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America in honor of her grandfather.
Banjo player and vocalist Michelle Canning is a native of North Andover, Massachusetts. She now lives in Nashville. Her passionate voice and lively stage presence remind music reviewers and listeners of Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline, and Kitty Wells.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for children. When you buy tickets at Michelle’s Alzheimer’s Benefit page, you’ll get a free download of “A Night on the Edge”.
The Chelmsford Elks Hall is located at 300 Littleton Road in Chelmsford Massachusetts, 30 miles northwest of Boston.
If you can’t attend, Michelle also accepts donations and sells products to support the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
Learn more about Michelle at her website, and listen to her music on her YouTube channel.
