During Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month in September 2018, volunteers in Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum Counties in Southwest Washington painted 1,000 rocks and left them in random places to share messages of happiness and hope to anyone who found them. The project, sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness Southwest Washington, is called Lift Up Life.

Did you find a Lift Up Life rock? NAMI Southwest Washington would love to hear from you. Tell your story of how you found the rock, the message on the rock, and what you did with the rock on the Life Up Life Rocks page.
