Learn about some of the trees in the Lakewold Gardens in University Place, Washington, south of Tacoma, in a series of virtual tours. John Wilcox, a long-time volunteer at the gardens, leads these seven tours. Each tour features a different tree.
The seven videos are on Lakewold Gardens’ YouTube channel and range from two to three minutes. The videos were created during the Adopt a Tree campaign.
Here’s the complete list of tours, along with links to each video.
- The Empress Tree (2:45)
- Giant Sequoia (2:56)
- Dawn Redwood (2:44)
- The Wolf Tree (3:13)
