The new Midtown Arts Center at 16th and Pearl Streets in Eugene, Oregon, opened in January 2021. The new center provides space for nine arts organizations to thrive and grow.

The 30,000-square-foot, seven-story building doubles the old space that seven arts organizations used on the 1500 block of Willamette Street.

The Eugene Ballet owns the new building, the same as the old space on Willamette Street, and will lease space to the other arts organization occupants. The Eugene Ballet Company and Eugene Ballet Academy are located in this new building as well.

The twelve-minute video tour focuses on the space used by the Eugene Ballet Company and academy. It’s a fascinating look into the types of spaces and storage required to operate these organizations.

Watch the tour on the Eugene Ballet’s Facebook page. Learn more about the project at midtownartscenter.org.
