Fort Vancouver Curator Curator Meagan Huff is leading a series of free tours of the barracks at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Washington, in July and August. The tours last 45 minutes and will be held on Friday and Saturday, July 16-17 and August 20-21, at 9;30 a.m.

The tours are recommended for ages 10 and older. Each tour is limited to 20 people, so preregistration is recommended. Call (360) 816-6230 to reserve a spot.

The tours start at the Hathaway Parking Lot in the East Vancouver Barracks. The tour route is mostly on paved paths that briefly cross a grassy area.

The entrance to the Hathaway Parking Lot is at the intersection of Hathaway Road and Fort Vancouver Way, on the left.
